What You'll Actually Learn
Forget complicated investment theories. We focus on the basics that make the biggest difference—budgeting that doesn't feel restrictive, debt strategies that work, and savings habits you can maintain.
Budget Without the Burnout
Most budgets fail because they're too rigid. We'll show you flexible tracking methods that account for life's surprises while keeping you on track.
Debt That Doesn't Define You
Whether it's credit cards, personal loans, or that HECS debt hanging around, we break down repayment approaches that suit different situations.
Savings That Stick
Building an emergency fund or saving for something specific requires different techniques. We cover both, plus the psychology of why some methods work better than others.
Our Approach in Three Parts
We've structured the program around how people actually change their financial habits—not how textbooks say they should.
Foundation Phase
Get clear on where your money goes now. Track spending for two weeks, identify patterns, and spot opportunities for change without judgment.
Strategy Development
Build your personalized plan using methods proven to work with Australian households. We cover superannuation, tax considerations, and local banking options.
Long-Term Habits
Learn maintenance strategies that keep you consistent. Financial health isn't a destination—it's about building systems that work year after year.

Why This Works
Financial education fails when it's too theoretical. Our program emerged from working with hundreds of Australians facing genuine money challenges—single parents managing tight budgets, couples combining finances, young professionals navigating their first serious savings goals.
The curriculum adapts to your situation. We don't pretend everyone starts from the same place or has identical goals. Some participants need debt strategies urgently. Others want to finally understand their super. We cover both, and everything in between.
I'd tried budgeting apps before but always quit after a few weeks. The techniques here actually matched how my brain works. Six months later, I have an emergency fund for the first time in my adult life.
What helped most was understanding why previous attempts at getting organized had failed. Not just what to do differently, but the psychology behind sustainable financial habits.
Next Program Begins August 2025
We run cohorts twice yearly to maintain quality and allow for personalized attention. The autumn program starts August 12, 2025 and runs for eight weeks. Classes meet Tuesday evenings, with additional weekend workshops optional.
